What material are they made of?

We use 18/8 stainless steel (SS 304, food grade). Our thermal bodies are double-walled with vacuum insulation. They also feature an additional copper layer that provides extra thermal insulation between the walls to improve temperature retention.

In some models we add:

  • Ceramic interior coating: an additional layer that helps maintain a neutral flavor and makes cleaning easier.
  • Silicone anti-slip base to protect the bottom of your Fluye and minimize noise when you put it down.
BPA-free? Why does it matter?

Yes. BPA-free.

BPA is bisphenol A, a compound used in some plastics that can migrate into beverages under certain conditions. Avoiding BPA reduces unnecessary exposure to endocrine disruptors and helps maintain a neutral taste and odor. Made of 18/8 stainless steel and BPA-free on all contact surfaces, our products are designed for safe food use.

Does it sweat or burn on the outside?

No. The double wall prevents condensation and heat transfer to the outside.

How long does it stay cold or hot?
  • Bottle 500/750/1.2 L and GO: up to 24 h cold / 12 h hot.
  • Cups/Mugs: up to 6 hours cold / 4 hours hot.
  • Ceramic Pro: same specifications as Bottle 500 ml (24 h cold / 12 h hot).
  • Retention may vary depending on ambient temperature, volume, and frequency of opening.
Is it suitable for coffee, tea, ice, wine, and carbonated drinks?

Yes. For carbonated drinks, open slowly to release the pressure gradually. Avoid shaking it before the gas is released gradually.

Dishwasher, microwave, and freezer?
  • We recommend hand washing; dishwashers can affect paint/finishes over time.
  • We do not recommend using it in microwaves/boiling/steaming because it risks damaging the vacuum technology.
  • We do not recommend the freezer because freezing expansion can compromise the vacuum.
Why is my bottle leaking?

The most common problem is a poorly seated or missing silicone gasket on the lid. Remove it, clean it, and carefully replace it. If the problem persists, contact us.

Daily Cleaning

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well and leave uncovered to dry. Avoid bleach or chlorine-based products. Store clean and dry, away from heat sources.

Persistent Odors (Deep Cleaning)

Recommended option: deep cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in hot water. Leave uncovered for 1 to 6 hours depending on the odor intensity; rinse well afterward. Avoid mixing vinegar and baking soda together (they neutralize each other and won't improve cleaning). If you prefer vinegar, use it in a solution (1:1 water-vinegar), rinsing well at the end.

Always test a small amount first and never close the container while gases are being released.

Can I leave liquids for several days?

Ideally, wash after each use, especially if it was milk/juice or sugary drinks.

Scratches and Falls

Our powder-coated finishes are durable, but impacts or continuous friction may mark the surface. This does not affect thermal performance. To preserve its appearance, avoid using keys or sharp objects and consider using a carrying case/bag.

Can personalized products be returned?

They do not allow withdrawal, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Fluye.

How do I buy?

Add to cart → complete details → pay → you receive confirmation by email (this is where the contract is finalized).

Payment Methods

Through Shopify Payments/Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and those you see at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Check validity, available limit, correct data, and that you have online/international purchases activated.

Changes or Cancellations after Payment

If you need to change anything, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already being prepared or is with the carrier, we may need to deliver/process it first and then handle the return according to our policy.

Coverage

We ship to Spain and EEA countries selected at checkout. If your destination has a special shipping regime (e.g., the Canary Islands or outermost/overseas territories of some countries), additional processes or costs may apply, as indicated at checkout or by contacting support.

Indicative Timeframes
  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 24–72 business hours.
  • European Union: 3–7 business days (at peak times it can reach 10–12).
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping in Spain on orders over €50. Special offers for other EU countries are published on the website.

Delivery Attempts

Up to 2 attempts. If unsuccessful, you can pick up your order at a collection point or return it to the warehouse. If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days of the first attempt, we may cancel and issue a refund, deducting any logistical costs incurred.

Passeig del Mare Nostrum 15, 08039 Barcelona (M–F 10:00–13:00 and 14:30–17:00).

Withdrawal within 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused, complete, and with its packaging/tags in good condition. Opening the package to verify its condition does not invalidate your right.

Costs
  • The customer assumes the return shipping + a handling charge of €3.50 per order (does not apply if it is a defect or error of Fluye).
  • If you use our label in mainland Spain, we offer a €3.50 discount; in other countries, the system will display the applicable cost.
Refunds

We process the refund to the original method within 10–14 business days after verifying the return.

Exceptions

Customized items are non-refundable except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Fluye.

Retail/Third-Party Purchases

Manage exchanges/returns with the store where you purchased (we can support with technical evaluation of defects).

Legal Guarantee (EU Consumer)

2 years for lack of conformity from the date of delivery (EU legal minimum). Note: Spain: 3 years according to local regulations. Does not cover normal wear and tear, impacts, drops, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

Do you sell spare parts (plugs/gaskets/straws)?

Yes. Contact us and we'll let you know the availability and compatibility by model to ensure you get the right part.

  • Customization on stock (laser/screen printing) or development from scratch.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No. You can purchase as a guest; with an account you can view order history and status.

Privacy (GDPR)

We process only what is necessary for purchases, shipping, and support; newsletters are sent only with your consent. Your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction) are always available.
