Shipping
Shipping to Spain: within a maximum of 72 business hours, Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipments outside of Spain: delivery time of 5 to 15 business days (does not include Saturdays or Sundays, as well as holidays or special dates) and are sent through a third-party courier service (Amazon or similar, depending on the country of shipment).
On special dates, such as sales, Black Friday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and New Year's Eve, shipments may take longer due to high demand.
Changes
Proof of purchase: present your order confirmation and/or invoice.
Product condition: must be unused, complete, and with its original packaging/tags. Simply opening the package to inspect the product does not invalidate the return.
EU Return Policy: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order if you change your mind. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a €3.50 handling fee applies per returned order. The refund will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been returned.
Outside of the 14-day period: no exchanges/returns based on preference are accepted. The warranty applies.
Warranty:
EU law: 2 years against lack of conformity (manufacturing defects).
Commercial Fluye: 1 additional year against abnormal oxidation of steel (using the product as instructed).
If the product arrives defective or you receive an incorrect item, Fluye covers 100% of the collection and replacement/refund costs.
