Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale

This document integrates: (i) the Terms of Use of the website and digital services and (ii) the Conditions of Sale applicable to online purchases. By using the site or purchasing, you accept this Agreement. Designed in accordance with EU and Spanish regulations (consumer, e-commerce, guarantees), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your EEA country.

We operate as a seller established in Spain for orders within the EEA.

2. Key Definitions

"Site": fluyebottle.eu and subdomains. "Customer"/"Consumer": natural person acting for non-professional purposes. "Company"/"B2B": legal entity or professional. "Customized Products": goods manufactured/altered according to your specifications (engraving, screen printing, etc.).

3. Scope and changes to the Agreement

Applicable to access/use of the Site and all online purchases. We may update these conditions for legal or operational reasons; the current version is the one published on this page. Orders are governed by the version in force at the time of order confirmation.

4. Capacity to contract and user account

You must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity. If you create an account, you are responsible for its use and safekeeping. Notify us of unauthorized uses.

5. Pre-contractual information and error correction

Before payment, we show essential characteristics, total price (including taxes), shipping costs, and restrictions. You can review the order and correct errors before payment. We retain electronic evidence of the contract; you can request a reasonable copy.

6. Purchase process and order acceptance

We may reject orders due to suspected fraud, lack of stock, incorrect data, or non-compliance with these conditions (full refund if applicable).

7. Prices, taxes and manifest errors

Prices in euros, VAT/IGIC/IPSI depending on destination. We may update prices without affecting confirmed orders. If we detect a manifest error in price or description, we may cancel or correct the order with a full refund if you have already paid.

8. Promotions, coupons and transparency

Discounts are not cumulative unless indicated. In sales, we show, where applicable, the lowest previous price of the last 30 days for the same channel/country. Customer reviews indicate if they come from a verified purchase; we do not incentivize paid reviews or hide them unless they violate usage rules.

9. Shipping, deadlines and delivery

We ship to Spain and EEA countries enabled at checkout. Delivery dates are approximate. Delivery is understood to have occurred when physical possession is acquired. Carrier incidents or force majeure may affect deadlines.

Inability to deliver: if, for reasons attributable to the customer, delivery cannot be made (incorrect address/absence), we will reschedule upon payment of additional costs.
