1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1. Confirmation and timeline calculation

Delivery times count from payment verification. We'll send you an email with your order number and, once prepared, the shipping tracking number.


  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 24–72 business hours (Monday to Friday). No shipments on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), timelines may extend.
  • European Union (EU): 3–7 business days as reference. Depending on the country and logistics operator, this timeframe may reach 10–12 business days.
  • Exceptions: Factors beyond Fluye's control (courier issues, weather, public holidays, strikes) can affect delivery times. If this happens, we'll keep you in the loop by email.

1.2. Shipping costs

Cost calculated at checkout when you enter your address. Free shipping in Spain for orders over €50. Free shipping promotions to other EU countries will be announced on the website as they happen.


1.3. Delivery attempts

The carrier makes up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails, your package goes to a pickup point or back to the warehouse. We'll contact you to reschedule. No response within 7 calendar days from the first attempt? We can cancel the order and refund you minus shipping costs incurred.


1.4. Office pickup (optional)

Pick up your order at our office after email confirmation. Address: Passeig del Mare Nostrum 15, Ciutat Vella, 08039, Barcelona, Spain. Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–13:00 and 14:30–17:00 (non-holidays).


2. Payment methods and security

We accept Shopify Payments, Stripe (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), and other methods shown at checkout. Processing happens on secure payment pages; Fluye Bottle never stores your card details. If your payment gets declined, check expiration, credit limit, entered data, and that online/international purchases are enabled.

If your card was rejected, verify:

  • Your card hasn't expired.
  • You haven't hit your credit limit.
  • You haven't exceeded your allowed purchase amount.
  • You filled in all required fields correctly.
  • Your details are correct.
  • You have online purchases and international purchases enabled.

3. Changes and returns — General policy

3.1. Right to cancel (EU online purchases)

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel without reason. To exercise this, contact us at atencionalcliente@fluyebottle.eu with your order number and which products you're returning.

Conditions:The product(s) must be unused, complete, and in original packaging/labels in good condition. Simply opening the package to verify its nature, characteristics, and function does not invalidate the right of withdrawal.

Costs:For withdrawals, you cover return shipping. We'll also charge a fixed handling fee of €3.50 per returned order. This doesn't apply if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Fluye error.

Refund:Once we receive and verify the product condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.


3.2. Size/model/color exchanges

Want to swap for a different preference (color, model, non-personalized engraving)? Request it within 14 calendar days. Exchanges depend on stock availability. You cover return and reshipping costs.


3.3. Exceptions

  • Personalized items: Products with laser engraving, screen printing, or custom orders don't qualify for withdrawal unless there's a manufacturing defect or Fluye error.
  • Misuse or normal wear aren't covered.

4. Return process

4.1. Your options

  • Ship to our warehouse: we'll provide the address and label if applicable. • Drop-off at our office (free): Passeig del Mare Nostrum 15, Barcelona (email us to arrange).

4.2. Packaging

Return the product with all accessories, clean, no liquids, and protected in its original box inside outer packaging.


5. Defective or wrong items

5.1. Notification window

If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong product, let us know ideally within 48–72 hours of delivery. Send photos and details to atencionalcliente@fluyebottle.eu. Your legal coverage for manufacturing defects isn't limited to this window (see warranty).


5.2. Costs

For manufacturing defects or our prep errors, Fluye covers 100% of pickup and replacement/refund costs.


6. Retail or third-party purchases

If you bought from an associated distributor or store, exchanges or returns are handled directly with that establishment under their policy. Fluye can support technical evaluation in case of manufacturing defects.


7. Corporate purchases (B2B)

7.1. Exchanges for preference

Within 14 calendar days of receipt, exchanges for size/model are accepted if the product is new, unused, in original packaging and with original documents. Customer covers shipping costs. One exchange per order only. Does not apply to customized or promotional products unless there's a manufacturing defect.


7.2. Manufacturing defects

Submit evidence to atencionalcliente@fluyebottle.eu within a maximum of 14 calendar days from delivery. Exchanges subject to technical validation and stock availability. If the defect cannot be verified by multimedia, we may request shipment to our office; in that case, Fluye will cover shipping costs.


8. Legal and commercial warranty

8.1. EU legal warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty against lack of conformity (manufacturing defects) from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, falls, unauthorized handling, or normal wear.


8.2. Fluye commercial warranty (additional)

Without prejudice to the legal warranty, Fluye offers 1 year of commercial warranty against abnormal steel oxidation (when used as per the manual).


8.3. How to claim it

Email us at atencionalcliente@fluyebottle.eu with your order number, photos, and description. Our team will evaluate the case and, if applicable, offer repair, replacement, or refund.


9. Refunds

We process refunds to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after receiving and verifying the return. Actual credit timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue cash refunds.

11. Compliance and transparency notes
  • We publish these terms on the web before purchase; when you complete your order, you accept these conditions.
  • We may update this policy for operational or legal reasons. The applicable version will be the one published on your purchase date.
  • If there's a discrepancy between this policy and a previous version, the most recent version takes precedence.
