1) Scope and channels

This policy applies to all Fluye product customization (laser engraving, screen printing, tampography, UV printing or other properly communicated techniques) carried out through:

  • B2C: individual orders on our enabled online channels.
  • B2B/Corporate: orders from companies, NGOs, clubs, institutions or events.

Order minimums (B2B)

  • Customization on Fluye stock: minimum 10 units per reference (unless expressly authorized by Fluye).
  • Projects manufactured "from scratch" (special colors/finishes, dedicated packaging): custom minimums and timelines.
2) Content you send — Rules and moderation

By uploading or submitting designs (logos, text, images, signatures, portraits, etc.), you declare and guarantee that:

  1. You have the necessary rights and authorizations.
  2. It does not infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or image or privacy rights.
  3. It does not contain: defamatory, insulting or hateful language, apology for violence, pornography, discrimination, political campaigns, or promotion of illegal activities.
  4. It complies with applicable laws and our brand and community standards.

Right of review and rejection:

Fluye can review and reject designs in part or in full if they breach this policy or technical requirements. If that happens, we'll let you know and work out alternatives or refunds as needed.

3) Personal data in your design

If your design includes personal data (name, signature, photo, initials, team ID), you're confirming you have valid consent from everyone involved to process that data solely for producing your order, handling support, and ensuring traceability. We keep files only as long as necessary for quality checks and any claims. You can exercise your data protection rights by writing to our privacy channel listed on the website.

4) File technical specs
  • Accepted formats: PDF, AI, PNG, JPG.
  • Recommended style: high-contrast line or curve art. For engraving, black and white works best.
  • Max size: 30 MB per file.
  • Fonts: convert to curves.
  • Binarization: we optimize for high contrast when applicable.
  • Color photos or complex shading won't work for standard laser engraving.

Note: our team may adjust design size or position to guarantee the best result based on curvature, engraving windows, and machine tolerances.

5) Workflow and approvals

5.1 B2C (individual orders)

  1. Upload the file in the module provided or email it when needed.
  2. Technical validation: we confirm the file works.
  3. Production: we execute the engraving following best practices.
  4. Quality and shipping: final check and dispatch.

Previews: for B2C we don't offer renders or test proofs. You can pick position from available options; our technical team sets the final size to guarantee quality.

5.2 B2B/Corporate

  1. Brief: model(s), quantity, technique, timeline, logo usage, and brand guidelines.
  2. Art: we receive editable files and Pantone palettes when applicable.
  3. Proposal and quote: cost breakdown, MOQ, timelines, and terms.
  4. Digital mockup: 1 round of art included (additional changes may have a cost).
  5. Approval: art sign-off + purchase order.
  6. Production: scheduled after payment/deposit per quote.
  7. QC + dispatch: batch control and delivery.

Physical samples: on request, with additional cost and timeline. Variations from final batch may occur due to industrial tolerances.

6) Production and delivery timelines
  • Customizable production on stock: 2 to 5 business days from technical validation and, in B2B, from art approval and payment/deposit. May extend based on volume/workload.
  • Special projects/factory: timelines made to order.
  • Shipping adds to production time. Logistics timelines depend on destination and carrier.

During high-demand campaigns or logistics issues, timelines may shift. We'll keep you posted.

7) Changes, cancellations, and returns
  • Once art is approved (B2B) or order is confirmed (B2C), design changes or cancellations aren't possible.
  • Personalized products are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.
  • If the item arrives with manufacturing defects or errors on our end, we'll repair, replace, or refund based on technical review.
8) Technical and visual tolerances
  • Reasonable color variations may occur compared to screen images due to device settings and lighting.
  • Engraving/printing size and position may vary slightly based on curvature, texture, and securing.
  • Website photos and mockups are illustrative.
9) Use Licenses and Portfolio

When you send us your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, free license to reproduce, adapt, and use the files for the purpose of manufacturing your order, providing after-sales support, and ensuring traceability.

Portfolio: we may show images of the final result in anonymized form across our channels as a success case, unless you ask us otherwise before manufacturing. Sending brand assets means you're authorized by their owner for these uses.

10) Liability and Indemnification
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you send and for holding the necessary licenses.
  • You'll indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content's use that violates rights or laws.
  • Our total liability for any order won't exceed the amount actually paid for that order, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11) Warranty and After-Sales
  • Legal warranty for lack of conformity in effect according to regulations in your destination country in the EU.
  • Doesn't cover normal wear, impacts, misuse, or cleaning contrary to the manual.
  • To claim warranty: order number, photos/videos, and description of the issue.
12) Fluye Intellectual Property

Fluye's brands, product designs, patterns, graphics, and photographs are owned by us or our third-party licensors. Use outside the scope of this policy isn't allowed without express written authorization.

13) Visual Examples — Fluye Customizations

Fluye Bottle reserves the right to accept, reject, and/or modify the image to ensure quality results across all products.

14) Pricing and Terms
  • We quote in euros, taxes included when applicable.
  • Prices and promotions may vary by country/channel.
  • For B2B we may require a deposit to schedule production.
  • Unforeseen variations (e.g., second artwork, rework due to file changes, additional packaging) are quoted separately with your prior approval.
