Environmental Impact

In South America, more than 70 million plastic bottles are consumed each year, but only 20% are recycled or reused, and most end up in our oceans. Since plastic takes between 500 and 1,000 years to biodegrade, at Fluye Bottle we've decided to propose a solution to the problem by creating a high-quality reusable bottle that encourages more sustainable consumption habits.

Share Peru

Together with the NGO Comparte Perú, we worked on the "Backpack Ready" campaign in March 2024. This solidarity campaign allows us to provide children at a school in Annex 22 of San Antonio de Jicamarca, Huarochirí province, with a water bottle, which will allow them to stay hydrated and prepared for the extreme weather changes in this area. This was an addition to the backpack, full of new school supplies, that each child receiving Comparte Perú benefits received.

We shared a morning with them, which gave us more than 1,000 smiles and gave us the energy to continue working toward our goal of having a better country for everyone. Currently, we are about to begin a new project, which will allow us to provide shelter to many Peruvians in the high Andean regions.

Mosqoy

Together with the NGO Mosqoy, we are committed to working with them to achieve resilience and social sustainability by empowering the local culture of each of their members, who currently live in places devastated by unsustainable tourism and limited development.

It's been almost a year since we started with Anita, providing her with university studies to help her achieve her goals and providing her with emotional support and ideas to improve her future goals with her community.

The Without Water

Together with the NGO Peruanos Sin Agua (Peruvians Without Water), we carried out our first social project: the construction of fog collectors. In 2018, we met Abel Cruz, presented him with Fluye's mission, and since then, we have built more than 500 fog collectors to generate drinking water in different communities across Peru.
