Changes

Proof of purchase: present your order confirmation and/or invoice.

Product condition: must be unused, complete, and with its original packaging/tags. Simply opening the package to inspect the product does not invalidate the return.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been returned.

Outside of the 14-day period: no exchanges/returns based on preference are accepted. The warranty applies.
